This was the class for Sunday. Hey, who took all the Furys?

The heli class was great. Just getting to fly with Todd and Jason was worth the cost. The bonus is everything you learn. I flew with Todd for two days and he is very patient and supportive. His is quick to point out your weak points and work on them with you until they aren't a problem.

Todd had me doing pirouetting knife-edge manevours in two minutes, I doubt I would have thried that in 6 months otherwise. It was quite windy most of the time, 20+ mph winds and I normally didn't care to fly when it's that windy. It didn't take long for Todd to get it through my head that the wind can be used to do things that you can't do otherwise or perhpas not as well as when it's windy.

For one thing, I have practically doubled my potential flyingtime as I used to pass when it's windy, now I can go fly with confidence unless it's really blowing hard or raining. He showed me several tricks that you can pull off in the wind that are awesome. Also, I learned how long you can stretch an autorotation when performed correctly and done into the wind.

If you're interested in getting Todd and Jason to come to your location for some serious flight training, get a few buddies together and give them a call or contact Todd to visit him in sunny Southern California.
